Perceptions of style. Even though it's not the first time I get such a comment, I always get puzzled by it. Dialogue:
J So can we expect to see you dressed in all stylish black on lecture days?
Me Not really, I'm going to this fado concert today, I don't even teach so it's actually kind of a waste.
A Oh come on J... she's always very stylish!
I smile and keep quiet while two thoughts come to my mind:
#1 Am I stylish?? My sister is gonna crack up at this.
#2 Me, stylish? You should meet my sister to see what style is...
