Crema catalana: an upgraded crème broulé, tasting more of caramel than of sweet milk. It's good just the traditional way, in ice cream (not photographed), or filling brazo gitano... delicious in whatever shape or form. They should make a drink out of it! Preferably non-alcoholic.
