Caprichos #415

My first attempt at carbonara a few days back...
... kind of proud to have, singlehandedly, put together a bunch of ingredients I don't ever use or buy, such as bacon, brandy, eggs and parmesan. Why were all of these ingredients available in the house, one might ask? Well, let's just say that (better) carbonara has been made in the house before.
