“People who give such arguments don’t believe in theory. It’s not that they don’t believe in mathematics, or economic theory… they don’t believe in ANY kind of theory. It's useless to argue with somebody like that. If they make such an argument, you should just say: ‘I disagree, obviously. I believe that one can use theory to explain such phenomena. If that’s not your case, what are you doing here? Why don’t you go outside, watch a movie or something?’ And YOU, should stop trying to please everyone, you’ll never be able to make everybody like what you have to say!”Hilarious... if it had not come 2 days before the conference on Friday!
