Today's Times brings an article on the World Trade Center PATH station and commercial complex to be inaugurated in 2015, hopefully, after many delays.
The current $4 billion cost, nearly twice the original estimate of Calatrava's project in 2004, has swollen before the eyes of two New York City mayors, four governors from New York and five from New Jersey, five executive directors and four chairmen of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The complete structure is supposed to look like this.
