Photograph (2019) tells the story of an impossible love interest. Even though it is reciprocal, social norms and irreconcilable class differences doom the match from the start. The slowly developing plot develops leaves room for silences and gazes that tell more than the meagre dialogues. Gentle manners leave a sense of sweet sadness and subtle unwarranted hope... very poetic.
