The Old Man and the Gun (2018) it's an ode to the great Robert Redford, who plays a 75 year old classy bank robber that everybody likes: he is charming, polite, gentlemanly, and caring. Despite the topic, this is not a heist movie and all the action scenes happen off camera.
There are wonderful flashbacks of a young and handsome Redford, but the old one's smile captivates all the same. It may not be Robert Redford's last movie, but it feels like it.
