The New York Times today brings an article of an unusual human statue in Washington Square Park.
Mr. Johan Figueroa-González, of Puerto-Rican origin, is an adult male of 30 years of age, but he is just 4-foot 11-inches tall (a little less than 1,5 meters). Yet, he paints himself in white marble color and stands motionless on Washington Square's Arch looking like a sculpture that is part of the monument. His small size and sculptured figure capture the attention of passers by and, also, the New York Times.
