O Armistício da Primeira Grande Guerra foi assinado há exactamente 100 anos. No Reino Unido celebra-se hoje o Domingo da Lembrança onde se recordam aqueles que tombaram na guerra.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old;
age shall now weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
we will remember them.
